- 2 Tbsp finely minced shallot or red onion
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional, for more heat)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 Tbsp water (optional, to thicken)
Directions
In a small saucepan or bowl, combine Chipotle Olive Oil, Pineapple Balsamic, honey, mustard, shallot, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt.
