May - Food & Wine Event

Join us at The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Franklin, MA for a sommelier-led wine and food pairing adventure. Enjoy a 90-minute session with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines with 5 perfect pairings, along with fun, educational demonstrations on the basics of wine and food pairing. It's an entertaining, enlightening experience not to be missed!

THE MENU:

• Gruner - Lemon Artichoke Bites- Lemon artichoke pesto on cucumber slice, sprinkled with lemon zest, drizzled with Lemon olive oil.
• Vouvray – Sweet and Spicy Bites - Crostini topped with goat cheese, a drizzle of chipotle honey, and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper. Rosemary garnish. 
• Rosé – Mediterranean Bites - Basil pesto on cracker with sliced tomato pieces, drizzled with Chetoui EVOO and Neapolitan Herb balsamic. 
• Pinot Noir – Fig and Cream Cheese Bites - Cream cheese in phyllo cups with a dollop of fig jam, sprinkled with chopped pecans, drizzled with Fig balsamic. Thyme garnish.
• Italian Red – "Cannoli" Cookie Bites - Mascarpone cheese and sliced strawberries on a sweet waffle cookie, drizzled with Espresso balsamic.   

This is a 21+ event.
