Orange Kissed Chocolate Pretzels

Ingredients:
- 1 cup high-quality dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Navel Orange Whole Fruit Premium Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Dark Chocolate Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)
- 20 large pretzel rods
- Parchment paper (for setting)
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and Olive Oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Add the Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar and stir until well combined.
- Dip each pretzel rod into the melted dark chocolate mixture, coating about 2/3 of each rod. Gently tap off any excess chocolate and place the pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the pretzel rods in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- While the pretzels are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Once the dark chocolate is set, drizzle the white chocolate over each pretzel rod using a spoon or a small piping bag for a decorative touch.
- Place the pretzels back in the refrigerator for an additional 10-15 minutes until the white chocolate is fully set. Store in an airtight container or wrap individually for gifting!
- Tip: Sprinkle with a touch of sea salt or orange zest before the chocolate sets for an extra pop of flavor!
