Black Cherry Balsamic Sorbet
Share
There’s something about a dark cherry dessert that feels just a little luxurious.
This Black Cherry Balsamic Sorbet is bold, vibrant, and beautifully simple. The cherries bring natural sweetness and that gorgeous jewel-toned color, but it’s our Black Cherry Balsamic that takes it somewhere special.
The balsamic doesn’t make it taste tangy — it deepens the fruit. It rounds it out. It gives the sorbet that layered flavor that makes people pause and say, “Wait… what is that?”
It’s refreshing, not heavy. Bright, not overly sweet. And when you serve it in a glass with a drizzle of extra balsamic and a sprinkle of sliced almonds? It feels like something you’d order at a little café on vacation.
This is perfect after a rich dinner, alongside dark chocolate, or even as a palate cleanser between courses.
Simple ingredients. Deep flavor.
And that beautiful cherry finish.
