A Root Beer Float… OMG YES!
Share
Sometimes the best recipes are the ones that feel familiar — with just a little surprise.
This Balsamic Root Beer Float is proof that dessert doesn’t have to be complicated to feel special. A scoop (or two) of creamy vanilla ice cream, bubbly root beer, and a drizzle of rich, slightly tangy balsamic come together in the most delicious way.
The balsamic deepens the vanilla, adds a hint of sweetness, and turns a classic float into something grown-up, cozy, and perfect for the holidays — or honestly, any night when you want dessert without baking a thing.
This is one of our favorite “I can’t cook one more thing” desserts. No oven. No stress. Just scoop, pour, drizzle, and enjoy.
✨ Tip: Try this with Traditional Dark Balsamic OR Espresso Balsamic for slightly different flavor notes — all equally delicious.
