We took the classic cocktail and gave it a flavorful upgrade using our Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar. Yep, you heard that right—balsamic in a cocktail! And trust us, it’s magic. The rich depth of dark rum, the bright zing of pineapple, the fizz of ginger beer, and that citrusy pop from a fresh lime wedge... it’s a tropical storm in a glass (the kind you’ll want to be caught in).

Sip your way into Sunday with this playful twist on a Dark & Stormy—pineapple balsamic, dark rum, and ginger beer come together for a splash of sunshine in every glass.

Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
-
1 oz Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar from The Little Shop of Olive Oils
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Ice
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add 2 oz. dark rum.
- Add 1 oz. Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar.
- Top with 3–4 oz. ginger beer.
- Squeeze in a wedge of lime and drop it into the glass.
- Stir gently and serve immediately.
