- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Suyo Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 lemon slices divided
- 6 Slices of Cucumber (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Franklin Raw Honey (optional)
- 6-8 fresh mint Leaves for garnish
- ½ cup Coconut Water
- ½ cup Soda Water
- Muddle lemon, mint, and honey (if using) in a glass.
- Add lots of ice, then top with balsamic, cucumbers, coconut water, and sparkling water.
- Stir gently, garnish with lemon round, mint, & cucumber if desired and serve!
