Blackberry Ginger Mocktail
Share
There’s something special about having a drink in your hand that feels thoughtful — even when it’s alcohol-free.
This Blackberry Ginger Sparkling Mocktail is bright, lightly sweet, and beautifully balanced. The star, of course, is our Blackberry Ginger Balsamic. It brings depth from the blackberry and a gentle warmth from the ginger that makes this drink feel layered and interesting.
Fresh blackberries add color and a little burst of fruit. A splash of agave or honey softens the edges. And sparkling water keeps everything light and refreshing.
It’s the kind of drink that works for baby showers, summer evenings on the patio, or simply when you want something that feels a little elevated without being complicated.
Garnish with fresh mint and a wedge of lime, and suddenly it looks just as good as it tastes.
Simple. Fresh. Unexpected.

Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- The Blackberry Ginger Balsamic provides both sweetness and warmth, so no additional sugar is usually needed beyond a small touch of agave.
- Use very cold sparkling water for the freshest, most refreshing result.
- This is beautiful served in a clear glass to showcase the berries and color.
Optional
- Muddle the blackberries slightly before adding sparkling water for a deeper berry flavor.
- Substitute sparkling lemonade for a sweeter version.
- Add a splash of vodka or gin for a cocktail variation.
