Whipped Ricotta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Hot Honey

Ingredients

  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for finishing

  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (or Franklin Raw Honey)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

  • Flaky sea salt, to taste

  • Toasted sourdough or baguette slices, for serving

Directions

  1. Add the ricotta to a food processor and blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth, light, and fluffy.
