INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 Tablespoon Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- optional diced tomatoes
- salt to taste
- Cotija cheese for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Peel and pit the avocados and mash with a fork. Add the Olive Oils, lime juice and mash some more. Add salt, parsley and tomatoes and incorporate in the mix. Place in a serving bowl and crumble Cotija cheese on top. Squeeze a little lime juice on top and enjoy!
