đ§ Say Cheese... and Beef! Grilled Halloumi Skewers That Bring the Sizzle đĽ
Share
If youâve never had cheese that squeaks when you bite it, allow us to introduce you to your new summer crush: halloumi. Golden on the outside, creamy on the inside, and perfectly perched atop juicy grilled beefâthese skewers are the flavor bomb your grill nights have been missing.
We call them âSurf & Turfâs cooler cousinâ because theyâre equal parts savory, salty, and sophisticatedâwith a Mediterranean twist. The best part? Theyâre ridiculously easy to pull off and make you look like a backyard BBQ legend.
At The Little Shop of Olive Oils, we like to brush ours with a blend of Chipotle Olive Oil and a drizzle of Pineapple Balsamicâjust enough to bring out the richness of the beef and the tang of the cheese without overpowering that dreamy grill char.
So the next time youâre firing up the grill, skip the ordinary and make these skewers your new go-to. Theyâre bold, theyâre cheesy, and theyâre begging for a spot on your summer menu.
P.S. We sell all the oils and balsamics you need to make these sizzle the right way. Come taste-test at our Franklin shopâwe dare you not to fall in love.

Traceyâs Notes
These are one of those recipes that always get people talking. The halloumi is such a fun surpriseâit gets perfectly golden on the grillâand paired with the beef, itâs just so good. The Chipotle Olive Oil adds that smoky depth, and the Pineapple Balsamic gives it just enough brightness to balance everything out. Theyâre easy, a little different, and perfect for sharing.
