Peach Salsa on Bruschetta



Peach Salsa:
  • 3 ripe peaches, pitted and diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Brush both sides of the baguette slices with Basil Olive Oil.
  • Grill the baguette slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden and have grill marks. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, red bell pepper, green onions, and fresh basil.
  • Drizzle with Peach White Balsamic Vinegar and toss gently to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon the peach salsa generously onto each grilled baguette slice.
  • Garnish with additional fresh basil leaves if desired.
  • Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately.
