Golden on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside, this Garlic Focaccia is infused with our Garlic Olive Oil for an irresistible aroma and flavor. Perfect for dipping, tearing, or turning into a gourmet sandwich, itās a bread loverās dream come true.
Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
- 1½ cups warm water (110°F)

¼ cup Garlic Olive Oil (plus extra for drizzling)
- 2 tsp sugar or honey
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (optional)
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar (or honey), and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Stir in flour, salt, and 2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead on a lightly floured surface for 6ā8 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Punch down dough and press into a greased 9x13-inch pan or baking sheet. Use your fingertips to make dimples all over the surface.
- Drizzle generously with remaining Garlic Olive Oil, sprinkle with Italian herbs and flaky sea salt.
- Let rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake for 20ā25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing, then serve warm with extra olive oil for dipping.
