Crab Stuffed Mushrooms with EVOO


  • 12 large cremini or white mushrooms
  • 8 ounces of crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions
  • 3/4 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons of our Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Preheat your oven to 375 F
  • Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Chop the stems finely and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, green onions, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and the chopped mushroom stems. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the crab mixture.
  • In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon of EVOO until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
  • Drizzle the remaining EVOO over the mushrooms.
  • Arrange the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your homemade gourmet treat!
  • Sprinkle with some extra parsley for garnish and a squeeze of lemon for an extra zing.
