Ingredients
- 8–10 slices prosciutto
- 6–8 slices salami or soppressata
- 1 bunch red or black grapes
- 1 small baguette, sliced
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) for garnish
- Optional Add-Ons: almonds, olives, fig jam, aged cheese, honeycomb
- Suggested Pairings from The Little Shop:
-
1 small bottle Garlic or Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (for dipping)
-
1 small bottle Fig or Cranberry Pear Balsamic
Directions
- Roll each slice of prosciutto into a loose spiral to create a rose shape. Set aside.
- Place grapes on the board first to anchor the layout. Add the prosciutto roses and sliced salami around them.
- Add sliced baguette or crackers. Fill in gaps with nuts, olives, or small bowls of jam or honey.
- Tuck fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs into the board for a pop of color and aroma.
- Before serving, lightly drizzle a touch of Fig Balsamic over the prosciutto for a sweet pairing—or serve oil and balsamic in small dipping bowls on the side.
