A vibrant and zesty salsa made with ripe tomatoes, crisp onions, green chili, and a splash of Persian Lime Olive Oil—perfect for dipping or topping tacos
Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1–2 green chili peppers, thinly sliced (adjust for heat)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime

1 Tbsp Persian Lime Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, chili peppers, and garlic.
- Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, and Persian Lime Olive Oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir gently to combine and let sit for 5–10 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate for later use.
