Fruit Salad with White Balsamic
Share
This is one of those recipes that makes people stop and say, “What’s in this?” in the best way. It’s simple, fresh fruit — but the dressing is what brings it all together.
Ultra Premium White Balsamic adds brightness without darkening the fruit, while Basil Olive Oil gives just a hint of herb flavor that works beautifully with berries, peaches, and grapes. A little lemon juice keeps everything lively, and a touch of honey is there if the fruit needs it.
This salad is perfect for brunch, summer gatherings, or as a light finish to a meal. It’s refreshing, colorful, and comes together in minutes — proof that the simplest dishes can still feel thoughtful and special.
