Ingredients
- 2 lobsters (1–1.5 lbs each), split in half lengthwise

3 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil (The Little Shop of Olive Oils)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
- Preheat grill (or broiler) to medium-high heat.
- Brush lobster meat generously with Garlic Olive Oil and a touch of melted butter (if using).
- Season with sea salt and black pepper.
- Place lobsters shell-side down on the grill. Cook for 8–10 minutes, brushing occasionally with more Garlic Olive Oil, until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra Garlic Olive Oil on the side for dipping.
