Ingredients: 1 can coconut cream 3 peaches (skinned) 1 pinch cardamom 1/4 tsp. Peach Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup honey Instructions: Peel the skin off of the peaches and dice Add the entire can of coconut cream to a blender Add in the peaches, cardamom, honey and balsamic Blend until smooth Pour blended mixture into mold Cover with a lid Add popsicle sticks Freeze for about 4 hours or overnight
