Tracey’s Notes
This is one of those cakes that just feels happy. The pineapple keeps it soft and full of flavor, and the Pineapple Balsamic adds that little extra brightness that makes it stand out. It’s easy, beautiful, and one of those desserts that always disappears faster than you expect.
