Sparkling Pomegranate Citrus Spritz
Share
If there were ever a cocktail that looked like holiday magic in a glass, this is the one. Bright, citrusy, a little sparkly, and crowned with those ruby pomegranate arils—it’s the kind of drink guests reach for before they even know what’s in it.
This festive spritz brings together fresh orange juice, a splash of bubbles, and our Pomegranate Balsamic, which adds a tangy-sweet depth you didn’t even know your cocktail needed. The balsamic balances the citrus, adds a little richness, and makes the whole drink feel luxurious without being fussy.
Add a rosemary sprig for that subtle evergreen aroma (and a touch of holiday flair), and you’ve got a signature drink worthy of any December gathering—brunch, parties, cookie swaps, or just a quiet night wrapping gifts.
And the best part?
It comes together in minutes.
Looks stunning.
Tastes even better.
Cheers to a little sparkle in your season. ✨🍊❤️

A festive, bright, and bubbly holiday cocktail made extra special with The Little Shop’s Pomegranate Balsamic. Perfect for parties, brunch, or cozy nights in.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh orange juice (or clementine juice)
-
2–3 tsp Pomegranate Balsamic
- 1 cup sparkling water or prosecco
- Ice cubes
- Pomegranate arils (for garnish)
- 2 rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
- Optional: 1–2 tsp simple syrup if you like it sweeter
Directions
- Fill two glasses with ice.
- Add 1–1.5 teaspoons of Pomegranate Balsamic to each glass.
- Pour in the fresh orange or clementine juice.
- Top with sparkling water (for mocktail) or prosecco (for cocktail).
- Gently stir to combine—don’t overmix or you’ll lose the bubbles.
- Garnish each glass with a pinch of pomegranate arils and a fresh rosemary sprig.
Serve immediately and enjoy the sparkle!
Recipe Note
- Swap in Blood Orange Olive Oil on the rim (lightly brushed, then dip in sugar) for an elevated citrus note.
- Make a big-batch version: mix the juice and balsamic in a pitcher and top with bubbles right before serving.
