Crispy bruschetta layered with creamy cheese, salty prosciutto, fresh figs, and arugula, finished with Butter Olive Oil and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces

3 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 6–8 ripe figs, quartered
- 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese or ricotta (optional spread base)

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, for drizzling
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with Butter Olive Oil. Bake until golden and crisp, about 8–10 minutes.
- Spread each toasted slice with a thin layer of goat cheese or ricotta, if using.
- Top with a few arugula leaves, a slice of prosciutto, and a fig quarter.
- Drizzle generously with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
- Season with a light sprinkle of salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
