Baked Brie with Walnut, Fig Balsamic, and Honey Drizzle
Share
There’s something utterly irresistible about a wheel of brie baked until it’s soft and oozing, warmed through and ready to share. At the heart of this version is a perfect drizzle: our own Walnut Oil layered with sweet, rich Fig Balsamic Vinegar, finished with honey and chopped walnuts for crunch and sweetness. It’s an appetizer that feels both simple and special—perfect for entertaining, a cozy dinner at home, or a little treat to elevate an evening.
Start by gently drizzling our walnut oil over the brie, then follow with fig balsamic for that deep fruity finish. The chopped walnuts add texture and the honey rounds everything with a warm sweetness. When the brie comes out of the oven—all melty and inviting—you’ll garnish it with fresh thyme and serve with crusty bread or crackers. The result: an elegant, flavor-packed bite that showcases how the right oil and vinegar make all the difference.
