This salad is ridiculously easy, totally customizable, and makes the most of our Suyo Cucumber Balsamic’s fresh, clean finish. It’s perfect as a light side dish, a crunchy snack, or a cool complement to grilled anything.

Ingredients
- 2 large Persian cucumbers or 1 English cucumber, cut into batons or chunks
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp Garlic Olive Oil

1½ Tbsp Suyo Cucumber White Balsamic
- 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari

½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar or honey
- ½–1 tsp chili crisp or red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Prep the cucumbers: Cut into chunky slices or batons. For extra crunch, lightly salt and let sit 5–10 minutes, then pat dry.
- Make the dressing: Whisk together Garlic Olive Oil, Suyo Cucumber Balsamic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chili crisp.
- Combine: Toss cucumbers and scallions in the dressing until well coated.
- Marinate (Optional): Let sit 10–30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Finish: Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
