Ingredients

¾ cup Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar

½ cup Tuscan Herb Premium Olive Oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

½ teaspoon dried tarragon

½ teaspoon dried thyme

1½ pounds chicken thighs
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, tarragon, and thyme.
Place chicken thighs in a gallon-sized resealable bag and pour marinade over chicken.
Seal the bag and turn to coat evenly. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes, until fully cooked and nicely glazed.
