  • ¾ cup Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup Tuscan Herb Premium Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1½ pounds chicken thighs

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, tarragon, and thyme.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a gallon-sized resealable bag and pour marinade over chicken.
  3. Seal the bag and turn to coat evenly. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes, until fully cooked and nicely glazed.
