Peach Chipotle Glazed Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle Premium Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh peach slices and chopped cilantro or your desired fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix peach balsamic vinegar, chipotle olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices and chopped cilantro before serving.
