This Basil and Olive Ziti is one of those dishes I turn to when I want something easy but full of flavor. The combination of briny black olives, our Herb Blend, and Basil Premium Olive Oil creates a pasta that feels fresh and balanced without being heavy.
I love letting the olive oil sit with the herbs for a few minutes before tossing it with the pasta. It gives the flavors time to wake up and mingle. The basil olive oil brings a soft, garden-fresh note that makes the whole dish feel light and satisfying.

A light and flavorful pasta dish made with ziti, black olives, Herb Blend, and Basil Premium Olive Oil for a fresh Mediterranean-inspired meal.
Ingredients

8 ounces ziti or medium-sized pasta, cooked according to package directions

1 (3 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Herb Blend

1 Tablespoon Basil Premium Olive Oil

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the Herb Blend, salt, pepper, and Basil Premium Olive Oil. Let stand for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and sliced black olives.
Pour the seasoned olive oil mixture over the pasta and toss thoroughly to coat evenly.
Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve.
