Minted Blueberry Lemon Smash
Share
There’s something about blueberries and lemon together that just feels happy.
This Minted Blueberry Lemon Smash is fresh, lightly sweet, and beautifully balanced. The Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar adds a smooth citrus depth that pairs perfectly with juicy blueberries and fragrant mint. It’s not sharp — it’s layered. And that’s what makes it special.
I love that you can make this with vodka for something clean and crisp, or gin if you want those herbal notes to shine. A splash of sparkling water keeps it light, while prosecco makes it feel just a little celebratory.
This is the kind of drink you serve in a tall glass with plenty of ice, a sprig of mint, and a few extra berries floating on top. Simple ingredients. Beautiful flavor. And just the right amount of sparkle.

Tracey’s Notes
- Don’t over-muddle the mint — just press gently to release aroma.
- Adjust sweetness depending on how ripe your berries are.
- For a mocktail version, skip the alcohol and use sparkling water.
