Cucumber Thyme & Lime Refresher

Some drinks don’t need bubbles or spirits to feel special.
This Cucumber Thyme and Lime Refresher is clean, crisp, and incredibly refreshing. It’s the kind of pitcher I love keeping in the refrigerator — especially during the warmer months. Thin ribbons of cucumber, bright lime slices, and fresh thyme create a drink that feels both calming and vibrant at the same time.
What makes it truly unique is the addition of Suyo Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar. It adds just a gentle tang and subtle sweetness that transforms simple water into something layered and memorable. It’s not overpowering — just beautifully balanced.
I love serving this when friends stop by, at tastings, or simply as a reminder that even something as simple as water can feel intentional.
Fresh. Hydrating. Thoughtful.

Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- The longer it chills, the more the flavors develop.
- Adjust balsamic to taste if you prefer it slightly more tangy.
- This is beautiful served in clear glasses to showcase the colors.
