Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made phyllo cups (12 count)
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese

2 Tbsp Walnut Oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup fig jam (or fig spread)

1–2 tsp Fig Balsamic (plus more for drizzling)
- Optional: fresh thyme leaves or chopped walnuts for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta with Walnut Oil, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
- Warm the phyllo cups in the oven for 3–4 minutes.
- Fill each cup with a spoonful of the whipped ricotta mixture.
- Top with a small dollop of fig jam.
- Drizzle lightly with Fig Balsamic and sprinkle with thyme or walnuts.
- Serve warm or room temperature.
