- 1 Tbsp Arbequina Single Varietal Olive Oil
- 4 medium zucchinis (spiraled)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp Elderberry Dark Balsamic
- Optional: Add cherry tomato halves
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet.
- Add the zucchini, toss, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add balsamic and cook until the zucchini is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
