Pomegranate Tangerine Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice (about 2-3 tangerines)
  • ¼ cup sparkling water or club soda
  • ¼ cup prosecco or champagne (optional, for an alcoholic version)
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a cocktail shaker or glass, combine the Pomegranate Balsamic and freshly squeezed tangerine juice. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  • Fill a serving glass with ice cubes. Pour the tangerine and balsamic mixture over the ice. Add sparkling water (and prosecco or champagne, if using) to the glass. Stir gently to combine.
  • Top with pomegranate seeds and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary for a festive touch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this bubbly, citrusy cocktail perfect for the holiday season!
Pro Tip: For a sweeter touch, add a drizzle of honey or agave syrup to the tangerine juice before mixing.
