A crisp, cozy sip of fall — apple cider, pear juice, bubbly Prosecco, and our Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. We love it for its sweet-spiced sparkle that makes any gathering feel festive.
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider, chilled
- 1/2 cup pear juice, chilled

1–2 tbsp Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 bottle Prosecco or Champagne, chilled
- Cinnamon sticks and star anise (for garnish, optional)
- Sliced apple or pear (for garnish, optional)
Directions
- In a small pitcher, combine apple cider, pear juice, and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. Stir well.
- Divide the mixture into glasses, filling each one-third to halfway.
- Slowly top with chilled Prosecco or Champagne.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks, star anise, or apple/pear slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!
