A Peach Bellini Walked into a Tiki Bar...
Share
We love a classic Bellini as much as anyone—but sometimes, a little tropical twist is exactly what the day calls for. Enter: The Pineapple Bellini — bubbly, bright, and infused with just the right amount of Little Shop magic.
Instead of the traditional peach purée alone, this version swirls in our Pineapple Balsamic—a fan favorite that’s tangy, sweet, and bursting with sunshine. It's the kind of drink that makes you feel like you’re on vacation… even if you’re just sitting on the patio or hosting brunch in your pajamas.
This one’s made for lazy mornings, baby showers, book club brunches, or even a Tuesday that just needs a little sparkle.
We’ve got everything you need right here at the shop—including our Pineapple Balsamic, which is also amazing in glazes, marinades, or drizzled over grilled pineapple. (Just saying…)
So grab a bottle, slice up a peach, and get fizzy with it.
Cheers to sweet sips, sunny days, and delicious surprises!
