Strawberry Basil Bruschetta
Share
You know those appetizers that just scream summer? This Strawberry Basil Bruschetta is one of my all-time favorites. It’s bright, juicy, a little savory, and topped with a drizzle of balsamic that takes it to the next level. Plus, it looks gorgeous on a platter — perfect for when you want to impress without spending hours in the kitchen.
All you need are a few simple ingredients: crispy toasted baguette slices, creamy cheese, ripe strawberries, fresh basil, and your favorite balsamic. I like using our Strawberry Dark Balsamic because it adds that extra kiss of sweetness, but honestly, any good balsamic will do.
Here’s the best part — it only takes about 10 minutes of prep and a few more to toast up the bread. You can easily make a big batch if you’re feeding a crowd, or scale it down for a cozy dinner on the patio with a glass of chilled wine.
So next time you need a quick, colorful snack or light appetizer, whip this up — your guests will thank you (and probably ask you for the recipe!).
Happy snacking!
