Balsamic Raspberry Brie Bites
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp Cascadian Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 package phyllo cups
- 6 tbsp Raspberry Jam (Lighthouse)
- 6 tbsp Brie
- Rosemary, to garnish (optional)
- Heat oven to 350F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and line phyllo cups
- To each phyllo cup, add cheese, and jam
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven
- Drizzle with Balsamic an garnish with rosemary (optional)
