
Autumn Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Vermont Maple Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Franklin Raw Honey (optional for extra sweetness)
- 1/3 cup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Apple Balsamic, Maple Balsamic, Dijon mustard, and honey (if using) until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the vinaigrette is emulsified and well combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle over your favorite fall salads, roasted vegetables, or even as a marinade for meats!
