These Pineapple Chipotle Glazed Ribs are smoky, sweet, and sticky with just the right amount of heat—thanks to our Chipotle Olive Oil and Pineapple White Balsamic.

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs (about 4 lbs)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
-
2 tbsp Chipotle Olive Oil (for rubbing)
For the Glaze
-
½ cup Pineapple White Balsamic
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat
Directions
- Prep the ribs: Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs. Pat dry.
- Make the rub: Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub ribs with Chipotle Olive Oil, then coat evenly with spice mix.
- Wrap and bake: Wrap ribs in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 300°F for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
- Make the glaze: While ribs bake, combine balsamic, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and Dijon in a saucepan. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until thickened.
- Grill or broil: Remove ribs from foil, brush with glaze, and grill or broil on high for 3–5 minutes per side until caramelized and sticky.
- Serve: Rest a few minutes, slice, and serve with extra glaze on the side.
