Lemon wedges and fresh herbs (like oregano or thyme), for garnish
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together Lemon Olive Oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill wings for 18–20 minutes, turning every few minutes, until nicely charred and cooked through (internal temp should be 165ºF).
Transfer to a platter and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges. Serve hot!
