
Chipotle Chili Butter for Cornbread

- 1 tbsp Chipotle Olive Oil
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweet heat)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: squeeze of lime or a pinch of lime zest for a bright finish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chili paste, Chipotle Olive Oil, honey (if using), and salt.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust heat or sweetness to your liking.
- Serve immediately with warm cornbread or chill for later use.
