- 6 heads of garlic (2 cups of peel garlic cloves)
- 2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh herbs of your choice (rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, salt, pepper)
- Put all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
- Simmer on low heat until garlic cloves are tender, but not brown (about 30 minutes).
- Let cool and pour into a jar. Spread the garlic on toast, eggs, or add to any dish.
- Keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 months. Enjoy!
