Ingredients: 6 heads of garlic (2 cups of peel garlic cloves) 2 cups Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fresh herbs of your choice (rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, salt, pepper) Directions: Put all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer on low heat until garlic cloves are tender, but not brown (about 30 minutes). Let cool and pour into a jar. Spread the garlic on toast, eggs, or add to any dish.
