Garlic Confit


  • 6 heads of garlic (2 cups of peel garlic cloves)
  • 2 cups Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fresh herbs of your choice (rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, salt, pepper)


  1. Put all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. 
  2. Simmer on low heat until garlic cloves are tender, but not brown (about 30 minutes).
  3. Let cool and pour into a jar. Spread the garlic on toast, eggs, or add to any dish. 
  4. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 months. Enjoy!
