Toast the bread: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Brush each baguette slice lightly with Garlic Olive Oil. Toast on a baking sheet for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Top each toasted slice with a few arugula leaves, halved mozzarella balls, and cherry tomato halves. Sprinkle with chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
Finish each piece with a generous drizzle of Traditional Balsamic and serve immediately.
