Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 packet Stevia
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
1/2 cup Coconut White Balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup Persian Lime Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a mixer and blend on medium until smooth.
Serve drizzled over your favorite salad!

½ cup Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
2 medium cloves garlic, pressed or minced
Fine sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir well with a small whisk or a fork until the ingredients are completely mixed.
Taste, and adjust as necessary.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for future use.

3 Tbsp Basil Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Little Italy Herb blend
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 boneless chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Wash 6 chicken breasts and put in large plastic zip lock bag. Add liquid to the bag and remove air. Refrigerate up to 12 hours.
