Coconut and Lime Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS: 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Adjust the salt to taste
  • Garnish with rosemary

 Use on a salad or vegetables or as a marinade. Enjoy!
