Ingredients: 1 x 8-ounce ball fresh burrata cheese (room temperature) 1 x 7- to 8-ounce container fresh strawberries, hulled, halved, or quartered, if large 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 2 tablespoons Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil Basil sprigs for garnish Fine sea salt Instructions: Place burrata in center of plate and slice the middle Scatter strawberries and chopped basil over the top Drizzle oil, balsamic and sprinkle with sea salt Garnish your plate with fresh basil. Serve immediately with crackers, bread or your favorite chips!
