Strawberry, Basil, & Burrata Salad


  • 1 x 8-ounce ball fresh burrata cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 x 7- to 8-ounce container fresh strawberries, hulled, halved, or quartered, if large
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Basil sprigs for garnish
  • Fine sea salt


  • Place burrata in center of plate and slice the middle
  • Scatter strawberries and chopped basil over the top
  • Drizzle oil, balsamic and sprinkle with sea salt
  • Garnish your plate with fresh basil.
  • Serve immediately with crackers, bread or your favorite chips!
