Strawberry Basil Ice Cream



    • Preheat the oven to 350º F.
    • Place the halved and hulled strawberries in a baking dish and toss with balsamic vinegar.
    • Bake 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, then let cool to room temperature.
    • Transfer strawberries to a blender, add the coconut milk, basil, and honey. Blend on low until smooth.
    • Chill at least 30 minutes, then run through your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions or freeze overnight and enjoy!
