Ingredients: 1 lb. fresh strawberries, halved and hulled 3 Tbsp. Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar 2 cups coconut milk ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, packed ¼ cup Franklin Raw Honey Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350º F. Place the halved and hulled strawberries in a baking dish and toss with balsamic vinegar. Bake 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, then let cool to room temperature. Transfer strawberries to a blender, add the coconut milk, basil, and honey. Blend on low until smooth. Chill at least 30 minutes, then run through your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions or freeze overnight and enjoy!
