Ingredients: 4-5 strawberries, hulled and sliced 2 oz. Tequila 1 oz. Cointreau 1 ½ oz. lime juice freshly squeezed 2 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar Ice (crushed) Salt if desired 5 fresh mint leaves (for garnish) Instructions: Add the strawberries to the bottom of a cocktail shaker Then add the tequila, cointreau, lime juice, honey, vinegar and ice and shake well for about 15 seconds If salting the rim of your serving glass, run the squeezed lime inside around the rim to wet. Dip the glass into salt to cover Add several fresh ice cubes to the glass and pour 1/2 glass of mix Add some additional sliced Strawberries Add an additional 1/2 glass of mix Garnish with mint Enjoy immediately
