Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic Mojito

  • 8 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce lemongrass mint white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 4 ounces club soda
  • Lime slices, for garnish


  • In a sturdy glass, combine the mint leaves and sugar. Muddle them together to release the mint oils and dissolve the sugar into a paste.
  • Add the white rum, lemongrass mint white balsamic vinegar, and lime juice to the glass.
  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients and allow the sugar to further dissolve.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some room at the top for the club soda.
  • Pour the club soda into the glass until it is nearly full, depending on the size of the glass and your preference for fizziness.
  • Stir the Mojito gently to mix the club soda with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Garnish with additional mint leaves and lime slices.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the refreshing combination of flavors!
