Ice Tea with Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of water
- 4 tea bags (black or green tea, depending on your preference)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar (from The Little Shop of Olive Oils)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add the tea bags.
- Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
- Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
- In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea, fresh lemon juice, and Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar.
- Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
- If you prefer a sweeter tea, add honey or agave syrup to taste, and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate the tea for at least 1 hour, or until it is well chilled.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
