Peaches & Prosciutto with Peach Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients:

  • 23 ripe peaches, halved and sliced
  • 68 slices prosciutto
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 12 tbsp Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Optional: burrata or mozzarella balls for serving

Instructions:

  • Arrange peach slices and prosciutto ribbons on a serving platter or board. Gently fold the prosciutto for a ruffled look.
  • Tuck in fresh basil leaves throughout.
  • Drizzle generously with Peach White Balsamic just before serving.
  • Optional: Add a few dollops of burrata or mozzarella for extra richness.
