Peaches & Prosciutto with Peach Balsamic Drizzle
Ingredients:
- 2–3 ripe peaches, halved and sliced
- 6–8 slices prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1–2 tbsp Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- Optional: burrata or mozzarella balls for serving
Instructions:
- Arrange peach slices and prosciutto ribbons on a serving platter or board. Gently fold the prosciutto for a ruffled look.
- Tuck in fresh basil leaves throughout.
- Drizzle generously with Peach White Balsamic just before serving.
- Optional: Add a few dollops of burrata or mozzarella for extra richness.
